Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order on our website, you will pay at the point of sale. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch to receive a refund.

Sealed Goods

By shopping with Route One Cards, you accept that our goods are sealed unless clearly stated. LV Collectables are not liable for minor manufacturing defects within sealed products or for minor rips and tears in external protective/sealed packaging.

Orders returned due to Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to complete an address. If you spot an issue with your address, please contact us at info@lv-collectables.co.uk, and we will try out best to make changes. Please note, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to rectify it, so please do check before submitting your order.

We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend items returned to us due to incomplete addresses.

Orders Lost in Transit

LV Collectables will ship all orders using a tracked service. In the event an order is lost in transit, please report it to us so we can investigate. We reserve the right to resend the order rather than issue a refund (stock depending).

Please note that for orders lost in transit due to courier issues, we will need time to investigate before we can approve reimbursement. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
